Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the reusable eco-friendly mailer provided with your original delivery.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
